Award for regional haute cuisine
Since 2019, Northern German chef Matthias Gäth has been responsible for the ambitious fine-dining cuisine at our Restaurant Equo 1706. His creative interpretation of regional ingredients has now been rewarded with another Gault Millau point – a recognition that fills us with pride.
Our philosophy
In our elegant restaurant, we offer an à la carte menu as well as a set menu with four to seven courses, also available in a vegetarian version. We consistently focus on high-quality regional products, which are composed into a special culinary experience with craftsmanship and creative ideas.
This is complemented by an attractive wine list with fair prices as well as attentive and friendly service.
