Matthias Gäth has been wielding the scepter in the kitchen of the Rössli since March 2019 and ensures carefully and creatively composed delicacies.
Growing up in northern Germany, Gäth discovered the joy of cooking at home as a child. He completed his training in the 16-point restaurant "Kleines Meer". At the age of 20, he moved to Switzerland, to which he has remained professionally loyal to this day.
Gäth's trademark is high-quality, sophisticated dishes. That is why he consistently relies on regional products. His cuisine is honest and at the same time innovative in taste, in which even the side dishes are never just side dishes or mere carbohydrates. Let us surprise you!
